Our custom DTF Embroidery Patches combine detailed full-color DTF printing with premium embroidery finishing for a bold, dimensional look. This hybrid style allows you to achieve vibrant gradients, small details, and photo-quality elements—enhanced with clean embroidered borders or stitched accents for a professional patch finish.

Simply upload your design, select your preferred size and backing option, and we’ll handle the rest. Each patch is produced with high-resolution DTF printing and precision embroidery, delivering sharp detail, strong durability, and a clean, structured result—ready to sew on or apply with heat (if heat-applied backing is selected).

Minimum order quantity: 12 pieces.

Once your design is submitted, it will be professionally digitized (if digitizing service is purchased) and a digital proof will be sent for your approval before production begins. Please note that because digitizing and proof approval are required, same-day shipping is not be available.
