Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you encounter any issues due to errors in our printing or any other mistakes on our part, you can trust that we are dedicated to addressing it through a straightforward refund or replacement process.

 Returns & Exchanges

- Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect, missing, or defective.
- Please report any discrepancies or damage within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- For items that are incorrect, missing, or damaged, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Process

- Cancellation Request: Changed your mind? You can request to cancel your order by emailing contact@falcontransfers.ca.
- Time-Sensitive: Regular orders must be canceled within 1 hour, while overnight delivery orders should be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late cancellation requests because the order will have already been processed. Requests for cancellation made outside of business hours cannot be accepted, as the order will automatically be processed.

Refund Procedure

- All refund requests should be submitted through the following form: *Order Issues Form.
- *Inspection & Notifications: After we receive and assess your return (or review the images you’ve provided), we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- *Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

- Double-Check:Look for it again in your bank account.
- Follow Up: Contact your credit card company and bank, as there could be delays in processing.
